By accessing or using the Green Bus Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other policies or guidelines that may apply to specific sections of the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
Green Bus reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Green Bus app provides users with the ability to book bus tickets. By making a booking, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your ticket. All transactions are subject to the terms of the relevant bus provider.
Payments for ticket bookings made through the Service are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions. Green Bus is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Green Bus is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service at all times.
Additionally, Green Bus acts solely as a platform for facilitating the booking of bus tickets between users and bus service providers. As such, Green Bus assumes no responsibility for any incidents or accidents involving the bus, including but not limited to accidents, delays, injuries, property damage, or any other events that occur before, during, or after the journey. Our role is limited to providing the digital service for ticket bookings and does not extend to the operation, safety, or actions of the bus service provider or the transportation itself.
In the event of any accident or incident involving the bus, Green Bus shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from such events. Any claims related to accidents, injuries, or damages must be directed to the bus service provider. Green Bus will not be responsible for resolving or compensating for such claims. By using the Service, you agree to release and hold harmless Green Bus from any and all liability relating to the operation or actions of the bus service providers.
Our role as a licensed broker: Green Bus (Vehicle Steering Company) Ltd. operates solely as a licensed ticketing intermediary (broker) under Transport General Authority License No. 28/00000147. The contract of carriage for any journey is formed directly and exclusively between you and the relevant bus provider; Green Bus is not a carrier and is not a party to that contract. The applicable bus provider's cancellation, modification, and refund terms are displayed before you confirm your booking and form part of your contract with that provider.
Events beyond our control: Green Bus shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) weather or road conditions, government or regulatory action, strikes, accidents, epidemics, failures of telecommunications, internet, banking or payment networks, or outages of bus providers' or other third parties' systems.
Third-party information: Schedules, routes, seat availability, and prices displayed on the Service are supplied by bus providers and may change without notice. Green Bus does not warrant their accuracy or completeness.
General exclusions — provider matters and beyond: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Bus is not responsible or liable, in any case, for: (a) any act or omission of a bus provider, including overbooking, cancellations, delays, rescheduling, re-routing, breakdowns, vehicle condition, accidents, personal injury or death, loss of or damage to luggage or belongings, driver or staff conduct, or the comfort, cleanliness, or quality of the service; (b) failures, delays, errors, or chargebacks in payment processing, banking networks, or currency conversion handled by third-party payment providers; (c) unavailability, interruption, errors, bugs, or viruses affecting the app or website, or incompatibility with your device; (d) your own errors, including incorrect passenger details, incorrect route, date, or time selections, invalid or missing travel documents, or failure to arrive on time; (e) content, links, or services provided by third parties; and (f) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind, including lost profits, missed connections or events, accommodation, or alternative transport costs. In all such cases, your recourse (if any) lies against the relevant bus provider or third party.
Data security: Green Bus implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Green Bus does not guarantee absolute security. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Green Bus shall not be liable for any unauthorised access, interception, misuse, loss, disclosure, or alteration of data, or for any damage arising out of such events, including where caused by third-party attacks, vulnerabilities in third-party systems, or compromise on your side (such as lost devices or weak, reused, or shared passwords). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Maximum liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and applicable Transport General Authority regulations, Green Bus's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any booking, the Service, or these Terms — regardless of the basis of the claim (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and for all claims combined — shall not exceed the ticket price actually paid for the affected booking. Where a refund is due, it is processed as a pass-through once the corresponding amount is confirmed or returned by the relevant bus provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All content and materials provided on the Green Bus Service, including the app, website, logos, and design, are the property of Green Bus and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written consent from Green Bus.
Green Bus provides its platform in multiple languages to accommodate users from different regions. While we make every effort to ensure accurate translations of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other content, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency in the meaning or interpretation of these documents, the English version will prevail. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
